Extract a cell value from raster map.

Extract a cell value from raster map at given northing and easting with a sampled 3x3 window using a specified interpolation method.

  • NEAREST neighbor interpolation
  • BILINEAR bilinear interpolation
  • CUBIC cubic interpolation
